Bio: Though he is a duke, Riley is often seen doing ‘peasant’ tasks like gathering and chopping firewood and even some of the cleaning around the Helland house, despite the disapproval he receives from some people for doing so. He doesn’t like that his family is above others’ simply because of their name and the fact that they were able to hold onto their large amount of land, which before the war within Luminiege was a farm which had produced many crops when the snow wasn’t so thick. Since the change in the land though, the Hellands have just been sitting on their fortune, adding to it however possible.
Riley often ventures out into the areas of Luminiege where his family isn’t so well known to work, wanting to be treated like a ‘normal’ person as he puts it, instead of being feared because of his family’s power. Riley’s generally kind to others, he can however, be rude at times out of habit from how he’s been raised and has a short temper; often getting frustrated at how his family treats those below them.
