Bio: Julius is known for his eccentricity when it comes to life. His philosophies stem from the fact that when he was a young man, he made a deal with the dark forces. He has power over magic now, without having been born with it. The other members of court think of him as somewhat of a monster but in all actuality, he's very kind and takes care of others. He does have a habit of playing with people's hearts and heads when bored.
